Saturday

It was a busy day at Bilhenry Gallery .... here are some selected photos

Never did find out why Quentin was decked out in blue bows, but she told me she wanted
Madonna to buy some of her work.  Don't we all?

Ric Globus decked out in a snappy suit was also showing at Spectrum.  Ric , an artist and photographer, was also at
 Laurence Gartel's "Dinner Party" tonight.

Lots of folks were taking photos of the art

Friday

Here are a few shots of the happenings at the booth on Friday... where traffic did pick up a bit.  Saturday is supposed to be the big action.

Thursday at Spectrum

Although it seemed rather slow compared to the scene on opening night, Spectrum's organizer came by Bilhenry Gallery Booth 513 to tell us that admissions were up 20% today.  Bilhenry Walker had one of his patrons from Maine stop by, who loved one of his large sculptures that sat in the main aisle adjacent to the booth. (Photos promised tomorrow).

Ann Tracy, who is the blog photographer, forgot to post some photos from the opening so will share them on this post.
Richard Vaux's work which this photo does not really give justice to

Sandra Benny's work which she creates with colored pencil

One of Bilhenry's Dead Man sculptures which rotates, behind that sculpture of  Bruce White

Another Dead Man sculpture with smaller sculptures behind it plus the work of Richard and Irene

Opening Night

It was a mad, crazy jumble of people from the ultra-hipsters to a guy in a kilt with full regalia to having the Daddy-O of digital art, Laurence Gartel come by our booth with his entourage.  It was also difficult for Ann to take many photos as she needed to be there to talk about her art to people.  Here are a few photos she shot mostly with her iPod Touch Hipstamatic app.

Didn't get this gentleman's name. but he seemed to be the official photographer for Dimitri and his entourage.
Yes, at certain places (like the bar) it was very crowded
